Yes; fish fins can regrow and heal with amazing speed.
"Ich komme zurück" translates as "I'm coming back"or "I will return"
Ich schreibe dir morgen zurück = I will write back to you tomorrow
That all depends on the nature of the white spot. If it is a natural marking then ignore it. If it has just occured and is raised or like a lump it may be an absess. If on closer inspection you can see other white spots on the fish and/or its fins, then you probably have an outbreak of Whitespot or Ich. In the case of the former (an absess) you may need to improve your husbandry somewhat and start doing more water changes. If it is the latter,(white spot/Ich) a trip to the pet shop to purchase some Medication for Whitespot would be indicated.
ZurückkommenWiederkommenZurückkehrenare all verbs that mean to come back in German. How you say coming back in German depends on the context.I'm coming back next week - Ich komme nächste Woche zurück, Ich werde nächste Woche zurückkommenI'm coming back now - Ich bin auf dem Rückweg

The symptoms are most notably white dots appearing all across the fish. However that does not always appear on each and every fish infected with Ich, however their swimming is affected along with their fins being folded across their bodies.
Ich kann es kaum erwarten, dich zu sehen, wenn ich zuruckkomme
yes they will it may take a long time but it will unless you get it under control and he is old and dies they will it may take a long time but it will unless you get it under control and he is old and dies
Ich bin was ich bin = I am what I am.
'Morgen bin ich wieder ...' means 'tomorrow I'll be ... (again)'. Examples: Morgen bin ich wieder hier. - Tomorrow I'll be back (again). Morgen bin ich wieder da. - Tomorrow I'll be there (again). Morgen bin ich wieder zuhause. - Tomorrow I'll be home (again).
It could be that the fish is still nervous about its new home. Give it a few days to let it adjust to its new home. Or it could be that the fish is sick. If the fish has trouble swimming and floating at different levels in the tank, it could be swim bladder disorder. Stop feeding for a few days and do water changes. Check to see if the fish has ich, small white dots on its body and fins. If it does, do a 100% water change and begin treating for ich.
ich bin ich bin ich makes little sense but translates as I am I am me.
