It would depend on the range of the flight, obviously. water has weight and tankage would need to be carried. it is true that the Dornier DOX (l929) did have shower baths and some commercial zeppelins ( probably including the Hindenberg or LZ-l29) did have them. the ill-fated Akron of the immediate pre-war period had full apartment house-like Plumbing fitted! but sadly blew up on a transatlantic attempt with the loss of all personnel. The craft was commanded -and designed principally by one Melvin Vaniman, who was something of a crank inventor.
