Short answer: no.
Longer answer: The hajj is not a place, it is the name of the pilgrimage a devote Muslim makes to Mecca and his/her participation in the ceremonies there. A Hindu would not participate in the hajj (at least not with any religious purpose in mind)--any more than a devote follower of a native American religion would seek an opportunity to be blessed by the Pope. (Hinduism and Islam [whose followers are called Muslims] have little in common from a religious point of view--which is one of the reasons that the Indian subcontinent and other places where followers of these two religions predominate, but live in proximity, have a history of conflict.)
