i personally have never had a relay go bad
Not likely. If all the fuses and relays check okay, I would suspect the fuel pump is faulty.
Relays usually go out all at once, but I have seen changes in weather such as humidity cause a relay to work intermittently.
The relays for the different systems are all the same. Pull one of the other relays....say for the A/C and swap it. If your fuel pump now works......it's the relay.
In the relay box with all the other relays.
It is with all of the relays in the center of the firewall under the hood.
Fuel pump fuse blown or the fuel pump is defective even if you hear it running. Fuel filter can also be clogged.
most likely fuel pump is not running, this could mean bad fuel pump, but first i would check all fuses and relays related to the fuel pump
check all fuses and relays first, if it is not this it will be the fuel sending unit which should be in the gas tank
AnswerCheck fuel filter, which should be back near the fuel tank, and ckeck the fuel line for blockage.last fuel pressure regulator.
Open the glove compartment and take out all the junk in there. Look in the back of the compartment and you will see a door marked "relays". Remove the door and you will see several relays in there. The fuel pump relay is the one furthest to the left.
Open up the glove compartment and take out all the stuff. Notice in the back of the compartment a door marked "relays". Remove the door and you will see several relays, I believe the fuel pump relay is the first one from the left. The other relays are for the horn and daytime running lights and power door locks if equipped.
