I have zero personal expertise, but I have just gone through this with Fitzgerald Hyundai parts (Rockville, MD) this morning. They not only say similar but identical. They use and sell Dexron III ATF fluid as Type 3 power steering fluid. Two people there confirmed it.
Open the hood. As you are looking at the engine, just to the left of center on the front of the engine is the power steering pump. It's got a belt connected to it that drives it from the engine's crankshaft. There is a cap on top of the pump. You open that by turning 1/4 turn counter-clockwise. Cap has a dipstick attached to it and you just read the level of fluid on this dipstick. They sell power steering fluid most anywhere that sells engine oil. Don't overfill. --Ken

To remove that pulley with out damaging the pump or the pulley you need a power steering pulley puller. This tool will also install the pulley. Your local auto parts store can rent or sell you that puller.
Well there are a variety of petrol stations, sainsburys does!
Yes, you can buy expensive kits, or you can buy it off someone who has a 1973-79 f100 with power steering who is parting the truck out, it fits the same. I kept mine manual because its not hard to steer, but I bought cab supports and a guy tried to sell me one of his 6 power steering kits for 120 bucks a piece haha
