YES! Like 1979, in 2014 it was 5° to 10° F for over 40 hours and my little car's gas lines or filter kept me from starting. Even on E10 from SUNOCO WALDORF MD & ExxonMobil MORNINGSIDE MD. Ad a bottle of Gas dry from the Auto store and shake the back if you can. (Mine was Methanol stored for 15 years.) 5 minutes later, it starts right up like normal.
