Yes. Take it from a girl who has mood swings daily. I hate hormones. :)

PMS can be mood swings, depression (I cry for a week), angry, migrains and many many other things. One reason a woman can be iritated is that it can also be painful. So not all get into a bad mood.

well i haven't had my period yet, but i saw a video in school and it does not hurt you and you should not make a big deal out of it. you will find out if you have your period when you pee in the toilet and your pee is red. if it is in school then tell the nurse. (she will most likely let you out of school) then if it is at home then you should tell a girl in your family that has experienced her period. you should get pads so all of your blood does not turn your underwear red. then after a couple of months you should be able to wear tampons.

and yes i know that this is kinda funny so just don't make fun of the way the body works for a girl.

Yes. it happens to nearly woman during their period. im not going to explain a woman's period, but it can include and is not limited to

cramps

bloating

Back pain

sore joints

tiredness

weakness

fatigue

Also the moodiness is called PMS ( Premenstrual syndrome )
