Are you using a compost based potting soil?
If so, then these soils contain enough nutrients for about a month, but then they are depleted. What I usually do is mix natural fertilizers into my compost mix in reasonable proportions and that usually last for at least a good three to four months (enough time for you to see fruit).
Some recommend using an NPK liquid fertilizer as per the manufacturer's instructions, haven't tried that as much therefore, can't really say objectively.
But is common that chili plants do need a fertilizer boost once they start to flower.

Depends on the size of the Chilli but at an estimate I would go for 1 gram
The best chilli recipes for a person are the ones made with the ingredients enjoyed most by that person. This may be a beef chilli or a vegetarian chilli. It is important to check the seasoning and chilli dishes improve for being made the day before.
The hottest chilli in the world comes from TEZPUR in India naga jolokia (capsicum frutescens). In testing, they claim that the Tezpur chilli was nealy 50 per cent more pungent than the red savina habanero from Mexico, registering a blistering 855,000 Scoville units.
"sauce piquante", although this traditional term also includes mustard and horseradish sauces, from before the hot pepper was discovered. "sauce au piment rouge" (red pepper sauce) would probably be better for the hot sauces such as habanero sauces.
No, but you can try using sugar with a dish you're making with chilli. I have tried it before, it works for me, but maybe try it for yourselves. ;)

The hottest chilli recorded by the Guinness Book of Records is an Indian chilli, the naga jolokia. The heat of a chilli is measured on the Schoville scale of heat units (SHU). Of the chillies generally available in grocers and supermarkets in the West, the habanero, Scotch bonnet and African birdseye would be the hottest.
