Disconnect horns, disconnect battery, disconnect relay, disconnect fuse .........................................or repair problem.
Disconnect the battery first. First you disconnect the battery. After you disconnect the battery, you can pull it with a pair of needle-nose pliers, but only after you have disconnected the battery. It is quite important to disconnect the battery, or the thing that might be fused to the fusebox might be your hand. So disconnect the battery first.

Changing fuses is not a hard task. Make sure the car is off, disconnect the battery if need be, remove the correct fuse, and push a new fuse in its place.
There should be some oversized fuses in a fuse block under the hood. Often they are on the firewall, behind a cover or near the battery in a fuse box. It's all just a guess since there isn't enough information to figure out what's really going on. There is a "lock out" in the control module. Disconnect the battery. disconnect the control module. Wait. reconnect the control module. reconnect the battery. Voltages should be correct.
In the relay/fuse box in front of the battery, small 10amp fuse and 30 amp relay at engine end off relay/fuse block
disconnect both battery terminals, then reconnect. This will reset onboard computer. battery must be charged to 12 volts or better
There isn't actually a 'switch.' Check your fuse block...there should be one that is labeled for the fuel pump. You need to pull that fuse if service is to be done. Or, just disconnect the negative battery cable.
== == Check under the hood in the fuse relay box. The fuse relay box is close to the battery.
