No they do not have a constitutional right to a jury.

Additional: In some jurisdictions, they have what is known as a juvenile "peer jury" consisting of jurors of the same age-group as the juvie offender. The offender can choose, or not, to be tried by his "peer jury." ALSO - a juvenile who commits a heinous crime and is certified for trial as an adult offender would be entitled to a regular petit jury trial.
