No.
All internet connections to laptops are NOT wireless. You have the option to plug the laptop directly into a router with Ethernet cable or into a modem with phone cable.
Most, if not all, laptops these days automatically come with wireless capability (or else why have a mobile laptop in the first place?)
That said, most laptops also have built in network interface cards (Ethernet interface) and/or a built in modem if you're so far out in the sticks you must hook up to a regular phone system (aka POTS, or, Plain Old Telephone System).
No they do not all come with wireless cards. So if you buying one make sure it has one. They are standard now days, but some dont need them so they offer version which are cheaper without a wireless card.
No, not all laptops have bluetooth, it is best to check the specifications before buying the laptop to see if it has built-in bluetooth. If you want bluetooth, you can buy an adapter that will make the computer bluetooth enabled.
Most newer model laptops do indeed contain a wireless modem. However, older models may only include a LAN network card, where high speed internet can only be obtained through plugging a data cable directly into the laptop.
not at first but you can get a connection ding dong
yes if they have a wireless card

The fact that your other laptop can connect to wifi is irrelevant to whether or not you have disabled wifi on the laptop that is reporting that wifi is disabled. Go into your settings and make sure you haven't inadvertently turned it off.
Wifi is just wireless internet connection.
Basically yes, any laptop with wifi capability and within wifi network will work. Other factors might contribute, is the wifi has public access, can you connect your laptop to the wifi network available and might be the wifi network required certain fee access that you may or not willing to pay.
The majority of laptop manufactures have incorporated Wifi in their laptops. In fact nowadays it would be difficult to buy a laptop without Wifi. Check the popular laptop manufacture websites such as Dell, HP, Compaq, Acer, Apple, Lenovo..etc to find out which laptop models include Wifi.
Means it is certified to use WIfi
