Ethics are a set of rules that govern a profession or institution. For example, if you are a psychologist, it would be unethical to have a sexual relationship with one of your clients. The same is true for a teacher, therapist, counselor, doctor, etc.
Morality is an accepted code of conduct that one would find in a religion or culture. Ethics on the other hand are how that standard of morality is practiced such as what one would see in company or corporation that uses a Standard of Ethics Policy Manual.
