At first I was sceptical but speaking as a sufferer of Eustachian tube dysfunction I can say they worked for me.
I had fluid trapped in my inner ear but after one treatment it was shifted, during the first use I could feel the warm water seeping in to my sinus and it felt as though a dam had burst and the pressure subsided.
Also seems to have helped my snoring (much to the delight of my Wife, LOL)
