Raccoons are omnivorous. They'll eat pretty much anything, if they're hungry. Including such delicacies as wallpaper, plaster board, and your left shoe.
The typically orange melon is spelled cantaloupe (also called rockmelons).
cantaloupe just like you spelled it.
No. Deer are strictly herbivores, they do not eat other animals like raccoons.
Cantelope is a melon, like a watermelon which is a fruit, so technically, cantaloupe is a fruit.
All fruit is acidic, some more than others. On the pH scale, some fruits are more acidic than others. The lower the number, the more acidic. A lemon is about a 2 on the pH scale, which is very acidic. Cantaloupe, and most melons, are about a 6.5 to a 6.6, more in the mid range. So, yes, it is acidic, but not nearly as acidic many other fruits! Even strawberries are about a 3 on the pH scale. As far as fruit goes, cantaloupe is fairly safe to eat if you are trying to avoid more acidic foods. And it's yummy
Do not eat the following: - Canteloupe or any other type of melon - Tomatoes - Citrus fruits or any other fruits containing Vitamin C Foods like uncooked broccoli, uncooked turnips, cauliflower, uncooked cantaloupe, uncooked radish and horseradish and parsnips should be avoided and not eaten during the 72 hours prior to the examination.

I like both cantaloupe and honey dew but I mean cantaluope is not as sweet as honey dew (or atleast that's what I think) so I'm just going to say that cantaloupe is healthier!

Yes they can. The only part that they cannot eat is the skin of the the cantaloupe. They can chew on it to toughen up their teeth, but it causes diarrhea if swallowed. My rabbit loves lots of fruits especially cantaloupe and banana!
