A rear seat could be installed in a cargo van with the right hardware. Seatbelts will also need to be installed to make this type of seat legal when passengers are present.
I just purchased a used '99 Jeep Wrangler and am installing seat belts that are missing. So here is what I know. You need a size T50 "Tor-x" socket to remove the bolts that hold the seatbelts in place. I got mine in a $10 set at Sears. You need to remove the rear seat to get to the center bolt securing the twin female ends of the seatbelts. The male ends have two bolts. One is on the bottom of the rear post near the rear corners of the body, the other is near the top of this rear post. Hope that helps.

2 Bar front 2.3 Bar rear. According to my owner's manual, it is 29psi (2.0 bar) for the front and 35psi (2.4 bar) for the rear with two passengers. For four or more passengers or four passengers with luggage it's 36psi (2.5 bar) front and 44psi (3.0 bar) for the rear.
