I don't know weather or not snails/slugs can live in warm temperatures. My guess is yes because I live on Long Island/Port Washington and the temperature is 75 degrees out. I have keeping my snails outside and they have been living for about 3 weeks.
They do not like the sun, so they gather around to get food.
