Yes they do ! They can only eat baby hippos though, as the grown up ones are too big. See video for proof !
Edit: Regarding the video - note the snake had to be tormented into re-gurgitating the hippo - The actions of the people were not only cruel, (in forcing the snake to spit out its meal) but highly irresponsible ! The snake would NOT 're-swallow' the animal - but would go back into 'hunt mode' and have to look for another meal !
None, not even the nile crocodile, the second lagest crocodile in the world, will take on the hippo.
yes hippos do
Hippos and alligators don't live in the same regions. Hippos do kill crocodiles, but they don't eat them.
Hippos eat grass and water plants.
No, both Hippos and Rhinos are herbivores, they only eat grass.
Probably no.But they will eat dead hippos and baby hippos
yes and they can eat a whole hippo. Cool Huh? All snakes shed their skin. Sidenote: hippos live in africa, and there are no boa species in africa big enough to eat a hippo. Even crocodiles won't dare go for a hippo. Hippos have been seen simply biting a crocodile in half. There are no snakes on earth (I don't even think a retic could) that could eat a hippo.
NO. Hippos are solely herbivores, not carnivores or omnivores.
Hippos are omnivores because they eat both plants and animals.
Hippos can eat fish because they are ominvores.
They eat plants.
they eat hippos
