I would not say all characters have AS on the show but Sheldon seems to be the most extreme (specific spot on couch, not very talkative unless he understands or has an interest, very specific into detail, interest in science and tends to be social in small groups).
The character Penny seems to be the exact opposite. Other characters like Howard and Leonard are too social to have Aspergers although Howard may show more AS traits than Leonard (stays at home, awkward around social events).
Besides Sheldon I would say that Raj, Sheldon's mother and Bernadette are closest to AS.
Raj (Has difficulty speaking to women such as Penny when asked directly, socially awkawrd but this may be the result that he is from India and its a different culture, ect)
Sheldon's Mother (very much like Sheldon but with an interest with Christianity)
Bernadette (similar to Sheldon)
No
the big bang theory
Hello i am minakshi answer is that the big bang theory is an example of old scientific theory as big bang theory explains that there was an explosion but the isotropy and the homogenity of the universe is not explained by big bang theory to explain his we connect inflatation theory with big bang theory to explain it so the big bang theory is also an example of old scientific theory.
The writers did not write the characters with the intention of Sheldon having Asperger's Syndrome (AS), but as one of the personality types one meets in college science majors. However, many people with AS, as well as some psychologists, believe that Sheldon has AS. The other three men also are written to have personality types observed in science. Many people think of them as being science nerds (or similar terms), but not as individuals with Asperger's Syndrome.

I know of no such reference for a "natural" Big Bang Theory. Must be just another way of referring to the Big Bang Theory with a differing focus (i.e. kind of like the Hot Big Bang Theory).
The Big Bang is the theory that was developed to describe the origins of the universe.
