No.

A child of a Jehovah's Witness is free to choose whatever course they want.

If, after gaining knowledge of Bible Truth during their youth, they decide to become a JW, usually in their teens, they would approach their parents and/or older ones in the congregation, and they would meet with him/her to assess whether they have enough knowledge to make such an important decision.

That way the child could make an informed decision on what to do with their lives spiritually.

I assume no more than the children of Mormons, Muslims, Jews, Baptists, Catholics or Hindus ''have to believe in their church''.

They are certainly encouraged from birth to follow the religion of their parents, again probably like most other religions. And again, like most other religions, they are discouraged from researching opposing argumentation against the religion of their birth.

If a child decides not to become baptised as a Witness this is usually viewed, understandably, with disappointment by the parents.

Because of the tight knit social, familial and peer pressure to conform, many young Witness children and youths will continue associating without truly believing.

I would assume this is similar to most religions.

Yes, Jehovah's Witnesses do have traditional weddings. Why is Jehovah Witness and Mormonism not considered part of Christianity?

Many Protestant Christian groups deny the fact that Jehovah's Witnesses and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (the "Mormon" church) are Christian because these two groups do not adhere to the common Christian creeds, such as the Nicene Creed and the Apostle's Creed. While Jehovah's Witnesses and Mormons still believe in Jesus Christ and the Bible, they are not Protestant or Catholic, causing some to say they are not Christian. Jehovah's Witnesses and Mormons are categorized as 'Restorationist' Christians, meaning that they are not Catholic, nor are they a reformation of the Catholic Church (as Protestants are). Restorationists believe that they are a continuation of the true first-century Christian Church.
