Where is the fuel cut off switch in a 1995 dodge caravan?

There is not a fuel cut off switch on a 1995 caravan. The fuel pump is electric and when the engine is not running or being started the fuel pump is shut down. So no need for a fuel cut off switch.

Nothing happens when you press the fuel pump shut off switch?

The button pushed down is the normal operating position , if the button is popped up the switch is tripped and no power is getting to your electric fuel pump . Or do you mean that the fuel reset light came on in your dash , you pressed the button down , and the switch did not reset ? I pushed the reset button down, it stayed down. no fuel, but the light is still on. What do i need to do?

Where is the reset switch for a 1999 mercury villager I read about the 1995 and it was in the same area. the button was down and I lifted it with a blade and it still won't start. Fuel Pump?

The inertia switch would only be tripped by an impact. It is possible the switch is defective or broken. You would need to check whether the pump circuit is getting power to be sure. The fuel pump could also be bad.

What is wrong with your 1996 ford probe fuel pump it doesnt work and all fuses seem to be live does the inertia switch need to be up or down?

Why would fuel cutout light on dash light and cutout switch not tripped and car will not start?

is the cutoff switch a normally open or normally closed switch ? If it a normally closed switch as it should be then the switch will need to activate with the ignition in order to supply fuel. There could be a problem with the fuel cutoff relay or a fuse. Also if you are using a non factory key then this might also happen.

Why would a 83 f150 with a 5.8 2v cut off going down the road?

There are many things that can cause this, start with the fuel filter they need to be replaced periodically, then check that the fuel pump is operating. If it is not one of those then move on to the electrical system, battery, alternator, ignition switch, and wiring.

Why wont your 3000 gt not crank replaced ignition switch altanater start relay about to buy starter?

For any gasoline engine to start it has to have fuel. Check to see if your getting gas in the carb. You may just need a fuel pump.

Where is the fuel reset switch for 99 Camry-Can't afford the manual?

There is no fuel reset switch on a 1999 Camry that can be operated manually. There is an automatic reset switch located near the fuel pump. This is a relay switch. If the fuel pump is shut off, the relay switch might need to be replaced.

Where is the fuel shutoff switch on a 1987 Chevy truck?

It does not have one. you will need to pull the fuel pump relay, or the fuel pump fuse to disable the fuel pump. Ford is the only one that had a shut off switch / INERTIA switch.
