Unfortunately, the Spore Creature Creator can only create creatures. It cannot play the actual game. That is what the full game of Spore is for. The Creature Creator and several others appear in the full game of Spore.

What is the difference between spore DS and spore PC?
Spore DS is officially called "Spore Creatures" and follows the storyline-based life of creature* you crustomize. Spore PC spans 5 dimensions (play as a cell, *creature, tribe, modern civilization, and an intergalactic empire) and is far more open-ended and customizable. -Diffrent person- I got spore on DS, its all about betting the evil alian spreding an infection around. You can buy bits fron the part shop but their isn't a very wide chouse if you wanted to create a completely new a unice creture. But it deppends on what you like.....
How do you get your spores in the game?
-For the CELL stage the computer will choose a cell creature for you. -In the CREATURE stage you will by able to choose or create a cell creature to use in game. -For the tribal,civilization and space you will be able to choose a normal creature or create one. BE SHORE YOU HAVE 'SPORE' NOT 'SPORE CREATURE CREATOR' BECAUSE IN 'CREATURE CREATOR' YOU CAN ONLY CREATE CREATURES.

Nothing. Spore Creature Creature is like a demo for Spore. If you have Spore, don't bother getting Creature Creature.
