Warts don't actually have seeds.

They are caused by viral infection by HPV (human papillomavirus), which causes thickening of the skin as a benign growth in the region affected.

While there are many different means of removing or treating warts (freezing, electrodesiccation, special abrasion, silver nitrate, zinc sulfate, and other chemical means), it is still possible for a wart to grow back after it has been removed.

So, while infected skin tissue can spread the contagion through contact, there are no actual "seeds" to be removed, other than the complete removal of the wart itself or just letting it disappear on its own.
