Yes, but you have to download them from a site in a Mac format. Apple and Windows are very different when it comes to file types, it's all messed up. http://www.1001freefonts.com/ | http://www.dafont.com/ | http://www.urbanfonts.com/
C:\windows\fonts
yes a printer will work on all versions of windows and macs
No, it will only work on Windows
yes if you have windows media player installed
Just add the fonts to your windows fonts folder,if they are compatible photoshop will automaticaly take it from the windows fonts folder.
The fonts have different formats and so need converting to work with the other system. Some Windows fonts will work with some Adobe software on a Mac, such as InDesign, without conversion. TransType is a popular conversion solution (See links below) .
Adobe produces separate versions of Photoshop for the Mac OS X and Windows operating systems. The Mac version works on Macs using Mac OS X and the Windows version works on Macs that are running Windows. (see links below)
Go to my computer and (double) click on the hardrive which you use (ex. C:\ or D:\) and (double) click on WINDOWS (ex. C:\WINDOWS or D:\WINDOWS) now scroll down and find a folder named fonts (ex. C:\WINDOWS\Fonts or D:\\WINDOWS\Fonts) or just copy this: :\WINDOWS\Fonts and at the start add in the letter of your hardrive. :)

Cause the guy who made it made it on a windows program
Compaired to macs windows are a little cheaper but macs are WAY better
In my opinion, NO! Macs are awesome, but windows, they're not really that great. Windows 7 is pretty descent, but Macs are nothing but genius. So I recommend Macs, but what you prefer may or may not be a Mac.
