Most wolves belong to a pack. The adults would do the hunting and eat first. It goes from oldest to the youngest wolf. Some wolves if there is not enough to share usually the pups would go without. But with the very young that have started eating meat but cannot go to a hunt the adult wolf would regurgitate.

Wolves are very much pack animals. They don't accept other wolves that are not part of the pack. In the pack there is status. The alpha female eats first, then the alpha male, after that comes the mothers and the rest fall in behind them

Only with wolves inside the pack. But the alpha always gets first dibs on the food. When it comes to wolves outside the pack they will either be chased away or killed.

Why do Arctic wolves have pups at a different time than the other wolves?

because, if the arctic wolves had pup's the same time as the other wolves then the pup's would not live. because for one, they'd freeze, for another, they would not have enough food to go around. just like the amount of wolves. they have few pup's when there's scarce food, and lots when the food is plenty-full.

How do sick or injured wolves get their food?

Sick or injured wolves, if they live alone, usually stay in a quiet, enclosed space, like a cave or hole, until they die or recover. If they live in packs, the rest of the wolves are likely to either carry food in their mouths to the sick/injured packmember, or regurgitate food from their stomachs. Hey - beggars can't be choosers! ;) A lone sick or injured wolf will die, but if the wolf is in a pack, the other pack members will regurgitate food for the injured wolf.
