why is philosophy regarded as the mother of all discipline of study
I cannot agree with your philosophy.
Although philosophy is a way of life (called "the examined life"), it is also an academic discipline. The core of philosophy as a discipline are the fundamental disciplines of ontology (the study of being), epistemology (the study of evidence, including phenomenology), and axiology (the study of valuation). All the other branches of philosophy ask fundamental questions about various other disciplines such as philosophy of science, philosophy of law, philosophy of religion, philosophy of history, and so on. .

Philosophy is the academic discipline concerned with first causes and principles and of the purpose and meaning of existence.

John Young has written: 'Lectures on intellectual philosophy' -- subject(s): Philosophy
According to the dictionary, philosophy is ' the love and pursuit of wisdom by intellectual means and moral self-discipline.' This is, however, only a string of words in a book and therefore cannot truly encompass the nature of philosophy. I personally find philosophy to be a journey through your own mind, finding a system of life that will function for you. This is from the viewpoint of a relativist (in absolutist terms), so a more eastern philosophy. Western philosophy is more concerned with what is solid and absolute, though I can't say that I understand the value of absolutism.
