Theoretically you should not have to if you have a perfect oven. However most ovens do not have perfect circulation of heat, and the more items are in the oven, the worse the circulation becomes. This may mean that either one or both of the pies take a longer cooking time, but it depends a huge amount on your oven (they're very individual things - even two exactly the same brand ovens can perform quite differently).
For example, if I were to cook two pies in my oven, one on the top shelf and one on the bottom, the one on the bottom would probably take 10 minutes longer due to uneven heat distribution. Although anything in the back left corner would get charred pretty quickly - you should consider your ovens "hot spots" too.
That depends on the size of your oven.
Generally, a recipe makes one apple pie. However, you can make more than one at a time, just follow the recipe for each one.
you can soak it in vinegar or you could bake them in the oven and bake them for no longer than 30 min.
Yes, but you will then need to bake it for a longer amount of time.
no
One or two, depending on the type of apple pie you make. Dutch apple pies generally have a streusel type topping rather than a top crust.
They're called mince pies, because the fruit in them is processed or 'minced' into small pieces - rather than a puree or whole fruits.
I think the best apple to bake with is yellow delicious apples. they are big and firm much easier to bake with than other apples. Granny Smith apples are also considered good baking apples.
According to americanrightsatwork.org "What's more American than apple pie? Union-made apple pie! Sara Lee pumpkin and apple pies are made by members of BCTGM."
Apple, because it will last you much longer and is faster than an acer.
insulated cookie sheets hold the heat from the oven longer than an air bake cookie sheet
