no, going to the bathroom does not require caloric exertion unfortunately. maybe a really stubborn bowel movement could get the heart rate up and blood flowing, and maybe burn a few, but the body is incredibly sufficient at only spending caloric energy when ABSOLUTELY necessary. good for survival, bad for dreams of skinny.
