(You will have spent 100,000 bells. each item cost about 1,000 bells so buying all nine is about 10,000 bells a day, and when doing this for 10 days...ta da! 100,000 bells spent! And Nookingtons! This was how i got Nookingtons.)

After you get nookingtons you will have the Shampoodle (the hair salon) and Timmy and Tommy (Nook's nephews) will take care of the 2nd floor (yes it will be two stories high) -hope i helped!
