On the main screen hit main menu, sign in 2 accounts (one can be a guest), and go into either custom games or matchmaking. Custom games is a usually local (played with only people on your xbox) and customizable gametype. Matchmaking is played with anybody on xbox live (so you must have xbox live gold to play) and gameplay is generated from the online game server and is voted on by members in the game type. Each of these will be split screen automatically if you have 2 people signed in.
yes
yes you can. on everything i guess.
In the BTEA there is 4 player split-screen, but that is all that is announced. But like all other Halo games there will probably be 4 player max on campaign, and 16 player max in custom games and matchmaking.
play with two people by playing split screen
You can have more you can have up to 4
Its always going to be the game that allows splitscreen, like in halo matchmaking or co-op. The TV takes that simply outputs the image of the splitscreen, the game fully controls the way the split screen is projected, whether it be horizontal of vertical.
yes you could with another person playing on the same xbox 360
@"you actually can if you have 2 controllers and your on split screen or multiplayer screen on the game you should be able to press the A button and you can sign in from there" Logically you would think that, however when my live enabled account is signed in at matchmaking and i try to sign in a second player as a guest it immediately logs all players out and says "You must have an xbox live enabled account"........Help?
Go to multiplayer, then go to split screen.
No only on campaign is split screen
no split-screen
