100 calorie soups you could double the portion i believe they are by healthy choice (the weight watchers aproved ones) they have light wheat bread that has 70 calories for two slices (i believe its wonder), pair that with fat free cheese 40 calories, low fat lunch meat of your choice (usually 70 calories for 6 slices so just use three) 35 calories, add light mayo 30 calories for two teaspoons and veggies and you've got a great sandwich or skip the mayo and grill it with pam salad with lean protein like white chicken or tuna and fat free dressing a small portion of a healthy cereal with skim milk just watch your portions by reading your labels and if you have to cut the serving size in half

Is 2500 calories good or is 2000 calories beter?

the percentages of the daily values listed on a food label are based on a standard daily diet ofA good method of weight loss is calorie count. The following will explain in detail what it is and how effective it has been for me.I have been struggling with my weight for as long as I can remember. But a few months ago I devised a method to loose weight on my own which I later found out is called the calorie count. If I had never adopted such method and had just read about it, I would have surely said it was a scam and can never work but it worked for me and let me explain you how.All men consume on average 2500 calories to sustain their bodies and do their daily work. Woman consume on average 2000 calories. If for example a man eats a lot of food and consumes 3500 calories, and just carries on with his daily normal activities, his body would use up the 2500 calories required to sustain his body for daily work, but would add an extra 1000 calories. This stored energy is fat which adds up in our bodies. Now remember that a guy's body burns 2500 calories every day to sustain itself. If a person consumes just 1500 calories of food, they would automatically burn 1000 calories. Now imagine, if you burn 1000 calories every day, that is 7000 calories every week.3500 calories = 1 pound, so with this method a guy can burn approx. 2 pounds a week. You might say this sounds too simple and too perfect, but trust me, it really is. I used to burn 8 pounds a month easily and remember this is a safe weight loss and doubling this would not be a good idea. It wont be safe and might result is loose skin in overweight people.Consuming less then 1200 calories is not recommended and 1500 is a safe bet. Going under or over 300 calories from this number is perfect. Now most food comes with calorie counts on them so it is not a problem to follow them. Even if it is gravy or rice, you can make an approx. of the calorie intake. Taking a good approximation is a good idea to follow the calorie count.Remember to weight just once every week, in the morning. This is a good method, and adding light exercise to this is a sure idea to help to look and feel good. But do remember!!!If you excersie a lot then it is much better than the calorie count method!

It depends on the intensity and your size/weight, if intense then it can burn 600-800 per hour, about as much as hip-hop. If not as intense then about 200-400 per hour....I can't really explain the difference in weight and how that changes calorie losing though, all i know is that the heavier you are the more you burn.

If you eat 300 calories and then do an activity like work or soccer wich burn 500-600 calories then are all the calories you ate befor eliminated and now are negative calories?

There's "no such thing" as negative calories. What people commonly call negative calories is just absence of calories or energy. (Like trying to explain zero) If you burn off the calories that you consumed for the day you then start burning excess energy (fat) that your body has stored.
