It would depend on which type of company you work for. In a corporate setting, you will have to supply an itemized receipt, usually in excel, and also the actual receipt.

If you buy online, you can provide the confirmation email and this will suffice.

Small companies are more lenient and the receipt itself will normally be considered enough back up to reimbursed.
