yeah it doesnt matter where they are from. I've repo'd a car from different states. they are hired by the bank and if have a bank that is far away or u moved far away that repo man is going to go anywhere to get ur car. u'll be sued for whatever fees there are anyways.
Sure can.
NO, but you can get it repaired. Do you have any proof that it was the repo that damaged it?
The repo-man doesn't have to give his name. He can only tell you which bank sent him & where you can pick up your car when bank okay's it
The statute of limitation expires five years from the last payment. They can't repo the car, but they don't have to give you a clear title either.
NO, the city CANT repossess your car. They can impound it for a violation of a city law. The only one who can repo a car is the LEINHOLDER. THEY can repo it as a result of the city impounding it for the cities reasons. And only repo it AFTER they pay the city and/or impound fees. Yes - they can have it towed for example if it is abandoned on the side of the road and the lender would have to pay the amount due to get it back just to repossess it. Their lien takes precedence over all others.
yes
Yes. You might as well give it to him because he will get it.
pay off the debt you owe on the car, and if they trust you enough the company you are making the payments to for the car will continue to give you the car
Will i be able to purchase another car later on if my car is repo
can my car be repo 38 day's in default?
If the bank made a mistake they will return the vehicle to you, the repo company is under a hold harmless and work the accounts the banks give them.
