"A moped is a bicycle or human-powered vehicle (with pedals) with a 50 cc or less helper motor, a 1.5 hp or less braking power and a rated maximum top speed of 25 mph (on a flat surface with less than a one per cent grade). Any class of driver license can be used to operate a moped. A moped must be registered, but a vehicle title is not issued. Emissions testing is not required. Vehicle liability insurance is required."
The short answer is No. All mopeds and scooters with engines 49cc or less must have an operator with a CT MVB Drivers License. If above 49cc they must have a motorcycle license and the unit have plates and insurance.
yes you do you can get your license for a moterized bike when you are 14 or 15
No. Most bike paths do not allow motorized traffic. Read the specific bike paths rules. 49cc scooters are now classified as 'low power scooters'. This does not mean they are the same as a bicycle. 49cc scooters can ride in bike lanes though.

no
any motorized vehicle under 49cc i do believe is legal in Washington state. i would say they are on a level of a mountain bike in how fast they can go. i see them pretty often cruising around, those little pocket bikes and such.. under 49cc and no license needed....
That depends upon what you are calling a "street bike". In California, non-motorized bicycles do not need a license plate. If it is a motorized bicycle, it does. Under California's DMV website, there is a page titled "Motorcycles, Mopeds and Scooters Defined". It explains that only motorized scooters do not require registration.
what is a 49cc dirt bike
Not on any public roads. To operate a motorized vehicle on public roads in Nova Scotia, you must have a valid drivers license, and the minimum age requirement for that is 16 years.
Haha Nice question.Im pretty sure you DO need a license to ride a bike with a motor on it in Texas. My family lives down there and the police just wanna make sure it is yours and your safe.& once again...FUNNY question :]
