It is a question with answers that are supposed to make you laugh (for most people the laughter comes from guilt, because most of it is true). If you identify with most of the requirements, then you are most likely a Wikiholic.
But no, you do not have to identify with every single answer mentioned. If you identify yourself as a Wikiholic - in whatever ways that means to you - you are welcome to sport the Wikiholic badge on your profile.
