A GED is acceptable and a waiver of acceptance is rarely granted.
Yes
A waiver can be granted, but they are rare indeed.
most of the time lilly you have to have a diploma to join the us navy a ged will get you to the marines or army but not navy or air force or coast guard
You need to get your GED first.
You must either have a high school diploma or a GED and 15 college credits.
You don't need to, but it most definitely improves your chances. The military on the whole takes fewer than 2% of its recruits as high school dropouts, and it treats those holding a High School diploma or a GED as essentially equivalent.
no but you need to take a (mos) job test and get a GED eventually ;)
Yes, but a GED under the right circumstances can get you a waiver,
You may join any branch of the military at 17 1/2 with a parent's signature and a highschool diploma/GED. However, You may not join the Marines, Navy, or Airforce without a highschool diploma or GED, but the Army offers a 4-10 week GED program you can join. Upon completion you receive a GED and are then sent to basic training.
You'll need to get that treated first.
Children do not affect your ability to join the Marines.
You need either a diploma or a GED, and a GED may require college credit hours in addition.
