Yes most definitly. A 5 or 7 inch lift wheel clear it. Depending on the offset and size tires you may even have to cut the inner fenders. Check with universal car lifts. I own an 83 impala and switch the suspension with their coil spings and shocks to fit 24s' on the box chevy. I didn't want it to high and I didn't want them to rub. It sits just right.
