By law, TASERS are only allowed to be carried by Police in the city of Pennsylvania. It is illegal for a citizen to carry a TASER or a stun gun in that city. If a citizen lives OUTSIDE of the Pennsylvania city limits they ARE allowed to carry a TASER or a stun gun.
Unlike firearems, you don't need a permit to carry a TASER.

the Indiana code is very vague. i am going to write the states ag and ask for clairfacation on the subject. locally the police officials say i just need to go through the class they go through and take the 5 second hell ride like the officers do
