Yes because if you have an overbite it has to fix the top and bottom to have perfect teeth i know because i have braces for an overbite.
yes you need braces
Yes. This is a reason why you have braces actually to straighten your mouth.
if your bottom teeth are okay and straight then they are not going to put braces in the bottom teeth , but if your top teeth are crooked and not straight , then you will only get braces at the top.
There are very few cases where the Orthodontist would only put braces on the bottom teeth and not both. Most of the time they require the patient to wear them on the top and the bottom because it is better for alignment versus only moving the teeth on the bottom. However, if you have the right alignment without braces on the top, then the Orthodontist will only recommend braces for the bottom teeth.
Yes they will help straighten your teeth without having braces on the bottom. I have had braces before and I didnt have them on my bottom and my teeth straightend out quickly.
Orthodontists will want certain teeth extracted (usually premolars) to make more room in your mouth so they can align your teeth properly. Your mouth and jaw may be too small for all your teeth.
yes you have to have braces on if your teeth are bad or less your teeth will move alone and your mouth will be weird
It depends on what teeth have gaps, and if theyre only on the top your top teeth will need them but if its on the bottom too, you will need it on top and bottom but sometimes people get them even if they dont have gaps on top and bottom because they have messed up teeth so it just depends on what your dentist says, and based on how your teeth are formed.
Having braces placed on your teeth does not hurt. As they braces are adjusted periodically, your mouth can be uncomfortable, but tolerable.
Nope, Niall had braces on his upper teeth and recently had them removed
Well, I know from experience. I clench and grinde my teeth and my back brackets on my molars always fall off. Does that answer your question? the braces on my bottom teeth get in the way when my top teeth bite down on them like when i eat the top teeth touches the bottom braces
No not unless you have braces or some other appliance moving your bottom teeth.
if they are attached to your bottom jaw, then its because they are moving your whole jaw back so it cant go as far as it could before, or because the back of the braces is anchored to your teeth.
