Short answer: yes.
Thailand uses both US and European plugs seemingly at random, and runs at 220V, so you WILL need a converter and you MAY need an adapter.
Indonesia uses both European and UK plugs, and can run at 127 OR 230V, so you MAY need a converter (essentially you'll need to check every time you plug something in) and you WILL need an adapter.

Official Hewlett Packard power adaptors can by purchased from the HP Parts Store online. Alternatively, one can find third-party adaptors (i.e. unofficial) via specialised computer parts retailers, eBay or Amazon. Unofficial adaptors are usually less expensive but may not come with the warranty that official products can.
