Chickens love lettuce. They love greens of any kind. And by greens, I don't just mean "greens", they get radical about Raddiccio, they go Bonkers for Bib and Boston, they Rave for Romain. Throw in a few Nastursiums, sweetpeas and Cilantro and they can devastate a salad bar in minutes.
