Follow the upper radiator hose to where it meets the engine. Remove the two bolts of the thermostat housing and remove and replace the thermostat.
Drain the radiator. Remove the radiator hose. Remove the inlet from the engine. The thermostat is in the inlet. Replace the inlet and the gasket, and reverse the procedure to finish the procedure.

You can remove the old serpentine belt on your 2004 Dodge Ram by loosening the tensioner pulley. Put the new serpentine belt on and tighten it with the tensioner pulley.

It is at the end of the lower radiator hose on the motor. You will have to empty the radiator and remove the housing to replace it.
Drain the radiator. disconnect the top radiator hose from the engine. Remove the water inlet that the hose was hooked to. The thermostat is in the housing. Replace the gasket when replacing the thermostat.
Take the passenger side tire off and remove the splash guards... should be easy from there
