Yes, considering it's in the 'Marketplace'.
Xbox Live is not needed to install the Shivering Isles expansion pack but Xbox Live Silver will be needed to download this expansion pack. Unless you have purchased the Game of the Year edition in which Shivering Isles is included on one the extra discs to download directly to your hard drive.
yes, you can play DLC that was downloaded on a Xbox LIVE profile and play it on a non Xbox LIVE profile
It can be downloaded from Xbox LIVE and PlayStation Store.
yes all profiles on that xbox will have access to the dlc
Well there is already a DLC pack ( First Strike) on Xbox 360, and PS3 and few weeks PC but I have not heard yet about the wii DLC pack. I suggest you to keep on checking the Call of Duty Website for news about Wii DLC pack.
You can get it with PlayStation Network or Xbox live or the PC game has it's source. Each version of the game can only get the DLC from that source. Buying the DLC on the computer will give you the computer or PC game version of the Black Ops Escalation DLC same thing with the PSN Store except you get the PS3 version of the Black Ops Escalation DLC
You need Xbox live to use any sort of DLC.
Xbox live because you get DLC up to 3 months earlier.
From the xbox live marketplace
Yes, just not any of the dlc
Xbox live is needed to get DLC. However you do not have to pay for the gold membership. Set up a silver xbox live account, which is free, and you will be able to access the marketplace and get game downloads.
You have to have Xbox live. Once you are in the game go to the Xbox live. Then click community creations. Then click download. You can type and search for people. Or you can just go to WWE shop in the game and buy it with Microsoft points. If you don't have Xbox i don't think you can.
