Can you use a round cake pan for cheesecake and get the cheesecake out of the pan easy?

With a regular cake pan, there really would be no way to get the cheese cake out easily. However, if you want the perfect roundness with straight sides of a cake pan with easy removal, I would recommend a tart pan, which is a round pan that has a removable bottom. If you liberally butter the cake pan then when the cheese cake is done, refrigerate it until it's cold. Set the cake pan in warm water for about 15 seconds. Turn the cake out onto a plate by putting the plate over the cake pan and turning the whole thing upside down. Repeat this to turn it back onto a serving dish.

Explain how to remove a cake from a pan?

A cake can be best removed from a pan once it has cooled down in temperature. A cake that is still hot has not fully separated the cake edges from the walls of the pan. The cake should have been poured in a greased and floured pan to help ease removal after finished.

How do you Remove cake from a jelly roll pan?

Cake can be removed from a jelly roll pan most easily if the pan is greased or sprayed with oil, then lined with parchment paper. Grease or spray the paper again before pouring in the cake batter.

Do you pour mix straight into dish or butter dish first?

Do you mean a cake mix? If so, you need to butter the pan, and then flour the pan. After you remove the excess flour, then you can put the cake mix in the pan.

Can you use an angel food cake pan when making a pound cake?

Don not put anything on the sides of the pan. The Angel food cake rises by "creeping" up the pan as it bakes. Also, cool the cake upside-down by placing the whole in the tube pan an a soy sauce or similar bottle. When the cake is COMPLETELY cool, remove it form the pan by running a sharp knife along all edges.

What do you do to make sure a pound cake stays in the tube pan and not escape out of the bottom?

Line your cake pan with parchment paper. You can wet the parchment paper for easier handling when lining your cake pan.

Can a tube cake pan be used instead of a fluted cake pan?

What is a spring form pan and what can it be used for?

A springform pan is a specialized baking pan that allows the sides and bottom of the pan to separate. It is often used for cheesecakes or other cakes that is difficult to remove from a traditional cake pan.

How do you get a cold cake out of the pan?

Sometimes if the pan was greased you can dip the bottom of the cake pan in very hot water (be careful not to get the cake wet) and it will heat up the butter, shortening, or whatever substances was used to grease the pan and the cake will hopefully slide out.=Otherwise very very very carefully, slowly and evenly us a knife to looses the cake's attachment to the pan. Unfortunately this most likely will cause some damage to the cake, so only use it as a last resort.=Sometimes if the pan was greased you can dip the bottom of the cake pan in very hot water (be careful not to get the cake wet) and it will heat up the butter, shortening, or whatever substances was used to grease the pan and the cake will hopefully slide out.=Otherwise very very very carefully, slowly and evenly us a knife to looses the cake's attachment to the pan. Why should i use a spring form pan when making a cheese cake?

Cheesecake is not the kind of cake that is 'turned out' of the cake pans as a regular cake is. If it were baked in regular cake pans, it wouldn't turn out of the pan, and would be very difficult to cut and serve with the sides of the regular cake pan still in place. But by baking it in a springform pan, you just remove the side of the pan once the cheesecake is cool, then cut and serve on the bottom of the springform pan.
