i don't know a lot of free ones, but if you get all the regis at the temple regigigas will unfreeze and you can battle it. Also, if you go to Nintendo events, you could get shaymin, darkrai or arceus. Also, if you go to the temples in the centre of each lake you will find uxie and azelf. You see mesprit, but you cant catch it because it will explore everywhere. that's pretty much it but if you want to get 999 master balls or 999 rare candies then youll have to pay the action replay fine of 29$, or at least that's the price in Canada.
