Santanas Pizza (Facebook) : Well once thawed, I doubt that you can save it...but I would try cooking it on a low heat for a long time, rather than the recommended HIGH heat often stated by the manufacture. This is to try and remove the moisture without burning it first.
Here is the problem...NEVER THAW A FROZEN PIZZA BEFORE COOKING IT> WHY....? When Pizza is made the ingredients have a certain amount of moister...and it is spread out through the ingredients..as well as condensation forming as you place it in the freezer.....but as it freezes the molecules of water tend to attract each other and ice will form...think of tiny glaciers. If you thaw pizza before cooking this ice will turn into a big watery pond...thus soggy pizza crust even before you start cooking.
What most manufactures recommend is placing the frozen pizza directly from the freezer into a high temp oven....If a solid turns directly into a gas without passing through the liquid state, this is calledsublimation. This is out frozen Pizzas friend...you should never have a soggy frozen pizza again. And by the way...if frozen pizza had enough toppings like the restaurant type pizza...I bet in a blind taste test you could not tell them apart.

Because the cooking time and temp is for frozen pizza. It will not cook right if you thaw it first. I assume it will be burnt if you follow normal instructions, though thawed.
