Her last words were, "I know I did the right thing, but nobody will ever understand!" Also, I don't think Hollyleaf is dead :D. Lionblaze and Jayfeather never heard anything to confirm she was dead. They never even dug up her body. The other thing is that Hollyleaf knew a way out of the tunnels, from when she had to rescue kits with Breezepelt, Lionblaze, and Jayfeather. She could've used that escape to get out, and become a loner. And, the title of the 5th book in the omen of the starts is called the Forgotten warrior. The Erins confirmed that the book would have to do something with Hollyleaf. (It could've been a ghost but I don't know) Therefore, leading to Hollyleaf never really had any last words....
