By "near" a funeral home, do you mean "within a couple of blocks" or "another part of the same building"? If it's the former, then no I don't think they would mind. If it's the latter, then yeah, I suspect that they would, but probably not as much as the mourners at the funeral home would mind people cheering and throwing rice as they come to pay their last respects to dear Uncle Harry.
