If you are talking about mcgriddles from mcdonalds, then yes and no. yes, because it has healthy things in the middle(bacon,egg,cheese,sausage),and no because it has surup which is FILLED with fat and all that junk. So then mostly yes, because you will get a good variety of each of those portions of food.
