Nope because even though Warriors does have some scenes of battles, it doesn't explain every dripping gory part because I can tell you if it did, I wouldn't read it. Erin Hunter wanted kids to like her books not get grossed out so I can tell you the Warrior Series is NOT violent.
This is a matter of opinion. Warriors is a very popular children's book series, and many people would recommend it, but you will have to decide for yourself whether you think it is a "good" series or not.

On the back of each book, it says Grades 5 and up, so that's what the authors suggest your age group is when you read. It also depends what you think of as "violent" if bloody fights very well described are "violent" for you, then I suggest you never pick up a warriors book until you feel comfortable with such things, but fights rarely happen. You decide for yourself.
