If the Groundhog doesn't "see" his shadow, then the winter for that year will be over. Personally, I think the Groundhog Day is very biased because what they do is take a groundhog and hold him up against lights so everyone may see. Well, if there are many of bright lights, his shadow will definitely be there won't it? (:
